Keep today’s sun for tonight
A rooftop board, a business card, a T-shirt and the subway. Each piece is print-ready artwork set in the site’s own type, palette and woodblock sunset, then shown on the surface it was made for.
One line, the mark, the address
A rooftop board read from the street at 30 to 150 metres. The woodblock sunset from the site fills the board. The line sits in the sky, and the lockup and the address sit on the sea. Nothing else competes.

An English side and a Japanese side
The English side borrows the site’s grid, with its rules pressed blind into the board rather than printed. The Japanese side is set vertically in the order a Japanese card reads: company and brand line on the right, the name in the centre with the 陽 seal, the address in kanji numerals on the left.

The shirt is the night sky
The back print is cut to a real ukiyo-e ōban sheet. The sunset steps down in flat bands of ink the way a woodblock print lays its colours, and the top is left unprinted, so the indigo shirt becomes the night with a crescent moon: today’s sun under tonight’s sky. The sea is made of the mark’s own waves. A title slip reads 今日の陽を今夜に, sealed with 陽.

Three posters and one long day
The B0 series gives each promise its own sheet on the site’s grid: the scene, one figure, and a vertical Japanese line closed by the seal, numbered 壱 弐 参 like a print series. The corridor panel is five B0 sheets posted as one: a single sun path runs from 13:00 over the roof to 23:40 on the phone, and meets the horizon at sunset as the Sunseto mark.
